It is very easy and quick to make an ice cream cocktail! Spices and gingerbread cookies, berries will add zest to it.
For decoration, leave 2-3 tablespoons of ice cream, put the rest of the ice cream together with milk and ginger in a blender. The ice cream should be slightly melted. Add vanilla extract.
Whisk until smooth and pour into glasses. In each glass, put slices of ice cream on top, pour over with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon. With gingerbread cookies, dessert will become even more attractive.
