Chop the bacon and fry over low heat, stirring for 7 minutes. Transfer to a napkin to absorb excess fat.
Sprinkle the fish with salt and pepper on both sides. Fry in the same pan for 5 minutes on each side. Transfer to a plate.
Cut the cabbage into random pieces and put it in the same pan, add vinegar and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add bacon and salt, pepper. Cook for 6 minutes.
