Prepare the sauce for the base. Chop the basil. Mix the basil with the tomato paste. Add salt, black pepper and a little sugar. Stir the sauce and set aside.
Prepare the filling. Grate the cheeses on a coarse grater. Cut the ham, brisket and sausage into thin slices. Cut the bell pepper into thin rings.
Prepare the dough. Knead the dough with your hands. Start turning it in a circle and stretching it with circular movements. You should get a round flat cake of dough. Form small edges.
Place the pizza base on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Grease the base with tomato sauce. Spread grated cheese on top. Spread the cold cuts in an even layer. Top with bell pepper rings.
Place the pizza in the oven to bake for about 30 minutes at 200°C. When the pizza is browned, take it out. Grease the edges of the finished pizza with vegetable oil. Before serving, garnish the pizza with fresh basil leaves.
