
Soak breadcrumbs or stale white bread in water. Once it has soaked in, drain the rest.

Finely chop the garlic. Add it to the bowl with the minced meat, then add the soaked bread or crackers, egg, salt and pepper. Mix until smooth.

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Make small meatballs, roll them in flour. Then fry on each side until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side. Then remove the meatballs from the frying pan.

Make the sauce. Cut the bell pepper into strips and fry in a frying pan. Pour tomato sauce over it.

Place the meatballs back in the pan with the sauce and simmer covered for 35 minutes. Add the remaining spices to taste. The meatballs are ready. Enjoy!
