
Make cutlets. Chop green onions. Add them to the pre-cooked minced chicken. Add salt, pepper and chicken spices. Mix.

Fry the cutlets. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Form the cutlets. Fry on each side for 5 minutes.

Cut the vegetables. Cut the tomato and cucumber into circles.

Assemble the burger. Grease the buns with sauces. In the classic version, this is ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard. Assemble the burger in the following order: bottom bun, lettuce, tomato, chicken cutlet, cucumber, lettuce, top bun.
