Lard the meat. Use a sharp knife to make cuts in the pork and place garlic in the holes.
Marinate the pork. Place the pork on foil, add salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle the meat with paprika and coriander on both sides. Carefully wrap the meat in foil to form a tight envelope. Put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours to marinate.
Bake the meat. After the meat is marinated, place the pork, without removing it from the foil, in a heat-resistant form and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 2 hours.
