Mix peeled apples with spices and sweeteners.
Microwave the apples until soft, using maximum power.
Place the prepared apples in a blender and blend until pureed.
Place baking paper on a baking tray and spread the apple mixture evenly. Place the pastila in a preheated oven at 70°C to dry for 8-12 hours. You can air the oven briefly from time to time.
Once the finished pastila has cooled, separate it from the parchment and roll it into rolls.
