Prepare the meat. Dice the chicken breast, add Italian herbs, salt and pepper. Fry the chicken in butter until golden brown and place on a plate.
Prepare the sauce. Pour the cream into the same pan you fried the meat in. Bring to a boil. Grate the Parmesan on a coarse grater. Add the Parmesan and cream cheese to the boiling cream. Add the nutmeg. Cook until the cheese melts. The sauce should thicken slightly.
Cook the pasta. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 7-10 minutes and drain the water from the finished pasta. Put the pasta in the sauce. Add the fried chicken. Stir, warm it up a little and serve.
