
Prepare the mince. Chop the meat with a knife. Cut the onion into small cubes. Add salt and pepper. The mince should be well kneaded and beaten. Put the mince in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.

Form the steaks. Form a ball from 2-3 tablespoons of the mince. Press it lightly with the back of a knife so that its thickness decreases to about 1.5 cm. Give the steak a round shape. Fry the steaks for 5-6 minutes on each side.
