Fry the onion cut into half rings and mushrooms, then add a little red wine, reduce the heat and wait until all the liquid evaporates, then add the cream and reduce the heat. Simmer for at least another 10 minutes.
Prepare a marinade for the steak, mix soy sauce, salt, pepper in one container, coat the steaks with olive oil and dip them in the marinade. Leave for 20 minutes.
Grill the meat in a pan over high heat for 7 minutes on each side to create a distinctive grill pattern.
