Ice cream with a refreshing taste of green tea and light notes of mint and cinnamon is a great dessert for a summer menu!
Pour milk into a saucepan, add green tea with mint and cinnamon and sugar, bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat.
Cover with a lid and let it brew for 20 minutes. Strain.
Pour the condensed milk into the mixing bowl. Add milk, let cool. Beat with a mixer.
Remove for 1.5-2 hours in the freezer.
Then beat again with a mixer or blender so that ice crystals do not form.
Repeat a couple more times every 1.5 hours. In total, ice cream freezes for about 5 hours.
Put the finished ice cream in bowls and serve immediately, it melts pretty quickly. If desired, drizzle with a little ice cream topping and/or sprinkle with chocolate and nuts. Enjoy your meal!
