Chop the bell pepper coarsely.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Chop the cucumber coarsely.
Cut the onion into rings.
Cut the feta cheese into cubes.
Place the olives, chopped vegetables and feta cheese in a suitable bowl.
Season the salad with balsamic vinegar and vegetable oil, add Provencal herbs, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix the salad. Divide the salad into bowls and serve.
