Ingredients
unfiltered beer - 200 ml
Triple Sec liqueur - 30 ml
freshly squeezed grapefruit juice - 50 ml
grapefruit syrup - 30 ml
sprig of rosemary - 1 pc.
fresh grapefruit - for garnish
ice - 5-8 cubes
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients, garnish with a sprig of thyme and grapefruit slices.
