
Peel the avocado. Cut it into pieces and put it in a blender bowl.

Finely chop the garlic. Add it to the avocado.

Cut the lemon in half, add the juice of half a lemon and mustard to the avocado. Also add some olive oil, salt and ground black pepper to the bowl. Whisk the mixture until smooth. If the sauce is too thick, add more olive oil.

Transfer the avocado garlic lemon sauce to a gravy boat. Enjoy!
