Start cooking. Place the funchose in a deep bowl, pour cold water and leave for 30-40 minutes. Drain the water through a sieve. Cut the squid into strips.
Fry the vegetables. Fry the finely chopped onion in a frying pan for 5 minutes. Add the chopped pepper and fry, stirring, for 5-8 minutes.
Prepare funchose with squid. Add squid to the pan and fry for 3-5 minutes, then put funchose. Add soy sauce and cook on medium heat for another 5-7 minutes. Cool the salad.
For an impressive presentation, place the funchose with squid on a beautiful plate and sprinkle with chopped dill.
