Prepare the funchose. Pour boiling water over the noodles for 6-8 minutes. Drain the water through a colander and rinse with water.
Start cooking. Peel and chop the onion. Put the onion in a preheated frying pan with oil and fry for 3-5 minutes. Cut the pepper into strips, add to the frying pan and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
Prepare the chicken. Cut the chicken into small pieces and add it to the pan with the vegetables. Simmer for 5-6 minutes, stirring. Salt, add cream and cover with a lid. Simmer over medium heat for 5-6 minutes.
Prepare the funchose. Combine the funchose with the stewed vegetables and chicken in a deep bowl and stir.
