Ingredients

Step 1

Fry the peeled mini-squids in vegetable oil until caramelized with sugar.

Step 2

Add finely chopped garlic, pepper, ginger root, celery stalk, green onion, chili and sea salt. At the very end, season with Haiten sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Step 3

Serve on a banana leaf garnished with deep fried inoque mushrooms.
