
Pour water into a ladle or saucepan, add salt and bring to a boil. Throw the cauliflower into the boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes until al dente. Drain the finished cabbage in a colander.

Heat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil and place the salmon steak in it.

Fry the salmon on all sides for 10-15 minutes over medium heat until done. Salt and pepper the finished steak to taste.

Place salmon and cauliflower on a plate.

Top the dish with olives and garnish with parsley and lime.
