
Make pancake batter. In a bowl, beat eggs with sugar until fluffy. Then add warm milk and mix well. Add flour, vanilla, salt, baking powder and mix until medium thick.

Fry the pancakes. Heat the frying pan and put 2-3 tablespoons of dough, smooth out and form pancakes. Fry on both sides for 1-2 minutes until done over medium heat without using oil. Fry all the pancakes in this way. Put the finished pancakes in layers on a plate and serve.
