Knead the dough from flour, water and salt and let it sit for half an hour.
Chop the goutweed and mix it with the feta cheese and salt.
Divide the finished dough into several pieces and roll them into balls. Roll each ball, put the filling on one side of the dough and close it with the other, securing the edges with a fork.
Fry the flatbreads in a dry frying pan on both sides, brush with oil when serving.
