Cut the eggplant into half rings.
Finely chop the parsley and dill.
Chop the garlic.
Chop the bell pepper coarsely.
Boil the pepper until soft.
Take a frying pan, grease it with sunflower oil and fry the eggplant.
Add chopped garlic to the fried eggplant.
Take a glass and pour boiled water into it to prepare the marinade.
Add salt and vinegar to the water for the marinade.
Place bay leaf and black peppercorns on the bottom of the jar for preparation.
Place boiled bell peppers in a jar.
Add finely chopped herbs.
Pour the marinade into the jar.
Fill the jar to the brim with fried eggplant.
Close the jar with the preparation using a seaming machine. Done!
