
Make the dough. Mix the yeast with the flour. Then grind the margarine and add it to the flour, mixing thoroughly. Add salt and sugar. Then beat the egg and pour it in, gradually kneading the dough. Cover it with a towel and put it in a dry place for 30 minutes.

Prepare the filling. Cut the potatoes, onions and meat into small pieces, mix, add salt and pepper.

Make the pies. Divide the dough into small pieces, roll each into a flat pancake and put the filling on it. Fold the edges of the dough to the center to form a triangle, but leave a hole in the middle.

Prepare the echpochmaks. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the pies on a baking sheet and put them in the oven for 30 minutes until the dough is golden brown.
