Opara: 1 tbsp. l. dissolve sugar in milk with yeast. Leave warm until the "fur coat" is raised. Add 1/3 of all flour. Mix well. Put in heat until the volume doubles.
Add salt, egg yolks beaten with sugar, vanilla, butter, whites whipped into foam and the remaining flour to the risen dough. The dough should not be thick, even a little viscous, but well kneaded. We put the dough in heat.
After doubling its volume, add the washed and dried raisins. After that, let the test rise a little.
Forms for Easter cakes fill 1/2 and leave the dough in the forms for proofing.
Bake in a not very hot oven, about 170 degrees.
