
Prepare the dough: sift the flour into a blender bowl, add salt, egg, cold water and mix at medium speed until elastic. Cover the finished dough with cling film.

Prepare the mince: chop the fillet, grate the onion. Combine the fish and onion, add salt, pepper and mix well.

Roll out the prepared dough with a rolling pin as thin as possible.

Using a glass, cut out round shapes for future dumplings. Place the filling in the center of each circle with a teaspoon, join the edges of the dough and pinch the corners.

Boil the prepared dumplings in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.

Serve with butter, herbs and sour cream.
