
Fry the duck. Heat the vegetable oil well, put in the duck pieces, fry for 15 minutes until golden brown.

Combine the duck with onions and carrots. Add onions and carrots to the meat and fry everything together for 5 minutes. Pour 0.5 cups of hot water into the resulting mixture of meat and vegetables, cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes, adding water if necessary. A few minutes before the specified time has elapsed, add salt to taste.

Add potatoes to the poultry and vegetables. Place the potato pieces on the meat and pour boiling water so that its level is slightly lower than the level of the vegetables and meat. Continue to simmer the dish for another 20 minutes on low heat.
