Dried fruit compote
Ingredients
- Dried fruits - 500 g
- Water - 2500 g
Almost everyone has memories associated with dried fruit compote. Some tried it for the first time in kindergarten, some only at school, and for some it was an everyday home drink, the benefits of which their parents vividly described. And they were right, because compote can really give the body a lot of useful things in just a few minutes. The drink contains substances that help get rid of toxins, strengthen the immune system and eliminate seasonal depression.
Step 1

Place dried fruit in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 2

Leave the compote to cool in the pan, then strain and serve.
