
Prepare the meat. Cut the meat into random pieces of 2-3 cm. Put in a bowl. Add half of the garlic and salt. Stir. Cover with a lid. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Prepare the veal. Fry the veal in a dry frying pan on both sides until a crust forms, 2-3 minutes. Place the meat in a baking dish. Add the carrots, bay leaf, remaining garlic and ground pepper.
