Peel and pit the nectarine, chop coarsely.
Peel cooled apples, chop coarsely. Grind the baked apples and nectarine in a blender to a puree figurative state.
Pour in milk or cream as desired. Add ice cream (quantity can be increased up to 100 g). Add whole grain cereals, beat everything with a blender until smooth. Pour into glasses.
