Soak semolina in warm milk for 15 minutes.
In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese, sugar, eggs and sour cream. Mix everything well with a whisk.
Add melted butter to semolina and beat lightly with a mixer or whisk. Combine semolina with butter and curd mass, pour everything into a blender bowl and beat for 10-15 minutes, until smooth and fluffy.
Grease a baking dish with a diameter of at least 24 cm (it is convenient to use a detachable one) with a little butter, first cover the bottom with parchment. Pour the prepared curd mass. Bake at 150 degrees for 1 hour. Open the oven gradually, without sudden movements, then turn off and leave ajar for 10 minutes, only then remove the casserole. She will settle, but not much.
