Boil the potatoes. Cut the potatoes into small pieces, put them in a saucepan and fill with water. Put the saucepan on the fire. After boiling, cook the potatoes for 15-20 minutes until done.
Mash the finished potatoes with a fork or masher until they become puree.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir. While kneading the potato dough, gradually add flour, mix until smooth.
Prepare the batter: break an egg into a deep bowl and beat with a fork. Prepare the breading: pour breadcrumbs into another deep bowl.
Make the balls: scoop 2 tablespoons of mashed potatoes with your hand or a spoon and form into a ball shape. Then dip the ball into the egg.
Then roll the ball in breadcrumbs.
Make balls from all the mashed potatoes.
Heat a saucepan or deep frying pan with enough sunflower oil. When the oil is hot, drop the balls into it for 10 seconds until the balls are golden brown.
Place the finished balls on a paper towel using a slotted spoon to remove excess oil.
The balls are ready. Serve them on a serving dish with sauce, garnish with finely chopped fresh herbs.
