Very simple dough recipe and original idea.
Melt butter and cool slightly. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Sift flour with baking powder, add sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, butter and chopped almonds and knead the dough.
Grease the molds with oil and put the dough into them, without filling to the top. Put pineapple rings on top. Sprinkle coconut into the center of each pineapple. Place in oven and bake for about 35 minutes.
Dilute powdered sugar with pineapple syrup to the desired consistency and cover hot pineapples with a brush. Sprinkle coconut around the edge of the pineapple. Decorate with kiwi leaves.
