
Pour milk over white bread.

Add the minced meat, egg and white bread to one bowl. Salt and pepper the minced meat to your taste. Mix everything well until it forms a uniform mass.

Form equal-sized cutlets and fry them in a preheated frying pan. Grease the frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil beforehand.

Fry the cutlets on both sides. Each side will take about 5-7 minutes. After frying, cover the cutlets with a lid and let them rest for a while.
