Prepare the dough. Mix melted butter, egg, sugar, cocoa and vanilla in a bowl. Beat well. Add flour and baking powder in portions, knead the dough (it should not stick to your hands). Put 1/3 of the dough in the freezer, the rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Prepare the filling. Combine cottage cheese, sugar, eggs, starch, vanilla, and butter. Mix thoroughly. You can do this with a blender. Add raisins. Mix again.
Bake the pie. Grease the baking pan with butter. Place the dough from the refrigerator into the pan and smooth it over the entire surface. Then put the filling. Take the remaining dough out of the freezer and grate it on a coarse grater directly over the pan with the pie. Distribute the shavings evenly over the surface. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
