Cupcakes with multigrain flakes, walnuts and apples

Ingredients

170 g flour
30 g multi-grain cereal (I have five minutes), but you can use just oatmeal
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
200 ml milk
75 g sugar
115 g butter, melted
1 apple (cut into small cubes)
1 tsp cinnamon (I use my own gingerbread mix which has ginger, cloves, cardamom, etc.)
large handful of walnuts, chopped in a blender

They are prepared in an elementary way (everything is mixed and in the oven), the result is very pleasant. Tender, with a little crispy crust. Not very sweet, such a golden mean. Baked in silicone molds.

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Step 2

Beat eggs very well with sugar and gradually add the rest of the ingredients, continuing to beat. Transfer the mixture to greased silicone molds (fill 2/3) and bake at 180 degrees for about half an hour. The top should brown. Check doneness with a wooden skewer.
