Sift the flour, beat the eggs into it. Knead a stiff dough and roll it out very thin. Cut the noodles 5-6 cm long.
Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan. Fry the noodles in batches in oil until dark golden, and then dry on paper napkins.
Melt honey with sugar in a saucepan. Cover the mold with cling film. Put a few handfuls of noodles in a bowl, add 5-6 tbsp. l. honey with sugar, mix, shift into a mold. Mix the next portion of noodles with honey, also place in a mold. So use all the noodles and honey.
Press firmly on the resulting mass so that the noodles are well compressed, cover with cling film. Put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Remove the chak-chak from the mold, remove the film. Cut into neat pieces.
