Cut several slices of white bread 1-1.5 cm thick.
In a bowl, mix eggs, milk and honey.
Dip slices of white bread into the mixture. Keep the bread in it for a while to soak it.
Melt the butter in a frying pan and place the bread in it.
Fry the croutons for 2 minutes on each side until crispy and golden brown.
Decorate the plate with jam and rosemary. Place the croutons on it. Enjoy!
