Croissants with condensed milk, cocoa and peanuts are an airy dessert made from puff pastry. These crescent-shaped buns have officially become traditional French pastries and are included in the list of “dishes and drinks of Paris”. You can fill the croissants with different ingredients or leave them empty, because puff pastry is self-sufficient and can become a delicious dessert even without adding a filling.
Step 1

In a bowl, mix condensed milk, cocoa and peanuts.
Step 2

Roll out the puff pastry using a rolling pin. Divide the dough into 3 equal-sized rectangles, then divide diagonally.
Step 3

Place the filling on the wider side of the dough triangle and roll up the croissant. Do the same with the remaining dough.
Step 4

Cover the baking tray with parchment paper and spread butter on it. Fill the tray with croissants and bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
