Tender chicken with crispy spicy crust, couscous with aromatic herbs and pomegranate
For breading, mix flour, salt, paprika, red pepper and garlic powder. Roll the chicken in breading and fry in oil in a well-heated deep frying pan on both sides.
Put the chicken into a baking dish. Put in the oven for 30 minutes (200 gr). Cook the couscous according to the instructions, adding a little olive oil, herbs and a pinch of salt.
Put couscous, chicken on a plate, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and herbs. Enjoy your meal!
