Pour into molds and, here, healthy homemade cottage cheese is ready! And if you replace sugar with fructose and take low-fat cottage cheese, the dessert will become even healthier.

Place the cottage cheese in a deep bowl.

Blend the strawberries until they become puree.

Add strawberry puree, sugar, and sour cream to the bowl with cottage cheese.
