Creamy Cauliflower and Broccoli Puree

- Broccoli - 200 g
- Cauliflower - 200 g
- Cream 20% fat - 150 g
Cauliflower and broccoli puree is a low-calorie and healthy dish. Easily digestible cauliflower and broccoli contain various vitamins, fiber, calcium, magnesium, and iodine. Thanks to the cream, the puree turns out tender, with subtle milky notes. Try adding basil, garlic, cilantro, parsley, or onion.
Step 1

Cut off the broccoli florets.
Step 2

Cut the cauliflower florets into large slices.
Step 3

Pour water into a saucepan and place over medium heat. Add broccoli and cauliflower to the water.
Step 4

Wait until the water boils and reduce heat. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes. Drain the water.
Step 5

Place broccoli and cauliflower in a blender. Pour cream over the vegetables, add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6

Blend the contents of the blender until smooth.
