Make the frying. Turn on the multicooker to the “frying” mode. Add olive oil to the dry multicooker bowl. When the oil is hot, add the onion and carrot. Fry for 10 minutes.
Cook the soup. Pour water over the frying and add potatoes. Add salt and spices. Close the multicooker. Set the “stewing” or “soup” mode. Open the lid 5 minutes before it is ready and add cheese. Close the lid until the beep.
Make cream soup. Open the lid. Leave the soup for 15 minutes to cool slightly. Blend the contents with an immersion blender until smooth.
