Break a chicken egg into a deep plate.

Then add water to the mayonnaise and egg, continuing to beat the mixture vigorously.
Add salt and pepper to the batter to taste.
Add breadcrumbs to the batter.
Add flour to the batter.
Stir the mixture thoroughly.
Place the prepared mixture in a deep plate.
Dredge each crab stick in flour.
Dip the crab sticks into the batter and coat on each side.
Pour a large amount of oil into a deep frying pan. Put in the crab sticks.
Fry the product on all sides until golden brown.
