Cut the carrots into thin strips.
Cut the onion into half rings.
Cut the leek into thin rings, finely chop the garlic and ginger root.
Cut the crab sticks into thin strips.
Cut the beef into small pieces.
Heat a thick-bottomed pan with a little vegetable oil. Put the onion in, fry over medium heat for about 3 minutes, stirring. Add the carrots, continue frying for 3-4 minutes, stirring.
Add the meat to the vegetables, stir and continue frying over high heat, stirring occasionally, for another 5-6 minutes. Then add the garlic and ginger root.
Fill the pan with water, pour in the soy sauce, add chili pepper if desired, bring to a boil and simmer over low heat.
Meanwhile, boil the wheat noodles until half cooked (remove from heat and drain 2-3 minutes before the end of the recommended cooking time).
Add noodles and crab sticks to the ready soup, heat for a few minutes and remove from heat. The dish is ready, ready to serve!
