Ice cream flavored with corn will pleasantly surprise you. Popcorn and sugary cereal will only enhance the taste of corn and make ice cream a real treat.
Bring cream to a boil over low heat. Corn kernels, previously cut from the cob, vanilla seeds and halves of the pod, add to the cream and boil until tender. We put sugar, we wait for its complete dissolution. Remove from heat, remove the pod.
Now beat the mixture with a blender until smooth. Add sour cream and mix thoroughly.
We put it in the freezer and wait for readiness for at least 3 hours. To serve with ice cream, add a handful of sweet cereal and popcorn.
