Mix protein with sesame oil.
Bring the broth to a boil, add the corn and cook over low heat without a lid for 15 minutes.
Add wine, ginger, salt, sugar and starch mixture. Bring to a boil again, reduce heat to low. Add crab meat and slowly, stirring constantly, pour in the protein mixture with sesame oil.
Serve in small bowls, sprinkled with green onions.
