I propose to prepare the dough and bake sausage-shaped chocolate cookies with nuts. These cookies are perfect for children's tea parties. I cook it for my children and they are delighted with the delicious "sausage".
Beat room temperature butter with brown sugar and salt. Beat with a whisk or mixer.
Break the egg, separate the yolk from the protein. Add the yolk to the butter bowl and stir.
Add wheat and almond flour, passing them through a sieve, cocoa powder and knead the dough with a spatula.

Add nuts to the dough and mix.

Roll sausage in sugar.
Cut the sausage into circles 1-1.2 cm thick.
Put the circles on a baking sheet, covering it with baking paper, and bake cookies for 12-15 minutes at a temperature of 170 ° C.
