Mix the sifted flour, coffee powder, sugar, baking powder, salt until smooth.
Melt butter. Add milk, melted butter and egg to dry ingredients.
Beat the dough with a mixer or whisk. It should not be too liquid.
Heat up a non-stick frying pan. Pour the batter with a spoon and fry the pancakes on both sides without oil.
Add cream (to the desired consistency), sugar and beat with a blender until tender. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. When serving, pour pancakes with curd cream and chocolate.
