
Prepare the mince for the fish cutlets. Place the ground cod, onion and bread in a deep dish. Break 1 chicken egg, season with ginger, basil, ground black pepper and add salt. Mix the mince for the cutlets and leave it for 10 minutes. If excess liquid forms during this time, it should be drained.

Form the cutlets. Heat a frying pan with a little vegetable oil. Pour half a glass of flour onto a cutting board. Form the fish mince into cutlets and, rolling them in flour, immediately place them on the frying pan.

Fry the minced fish. Cod cutlets fry very quickly. First fry on one side for 3-5 minutes. Then, turn them over to the other side, cover with a lid and cook for another 5 minutes.
