This simple and quick dessert can be offered to both children and adults. In the latter case, add 2 tbsp to the milk chocolate mixture. l. whiskey or cognac.
Pour milk into a saucepan, add sugar, cocoa powder and sifted flour. Mix well so that there are no lumps. Place over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened, 12 minutes.
Pour into tall glasses and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Garnish with whipped cream or chocolate sticks before serving.
