Beef steak is a universal dish. Very easy to prepare and always delicious. The main thing is to choose the right meat. Cooking does not take much time, and the meat is aromatic and juicy. Serve the steak with baked new potatoes or grilled vegetables.

Step 1

Salt and pepper the steaks. Heat a frying pan with half the olive oil and fry the steaks on each side for 5 minutes.
