Salt and pepper the steaks. Heat a frying pan with half the olive oil and fry the steaks on each side for 5 minutes.
Bring the meat to the desired doneness in the oven. To do this, place it in a baking dish, cover with foil. Cook in an oven preheated to 150˚C, 2-8 minutes. Let the steak rest for a couple of minutes so that the juice inside the meat is evenly distributed.
Cut the tomatoes in half, divide the broccoli into florets, and slice the eggplant. Add salt and olive oil. Fry in a preheated frying pan for 5-6 minutes, stirring.
